1 cup of milk of your choice: Cows, Oat, almond etc
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1/2 tsp Ginger
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Small pinch ground black pepper
1 tsp Raw honey
Method
Simply warm the milk through and add stir in the ingredients, I’d recommend experimenting with the amounts for your own personal taste.
You can also add our swap out some of the spices with Carda- mom, a pinch of cloves, small pinch of nutmeg or star of anise
